At Tiny Boxes Canada, we want you to love every piece you wear; if you are not completely satisfied, we offer returns on unworn items within 30 days of delivery. Please ensure all original tags are attached and the items are in their original packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online return portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack your items in their original 'Tiny Box' or similar protective packaging, including the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any Canada Post location or scheduled pickup point.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned fashion items, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
